The village was reportedly shelled by Russian forces, causing damage to a “private house.”

According to statements by the Russian military on social media, air defense systems successfully intercepted and destroyed a total of 47 drones across the Belgorod, Kursk, Volgograd, and Rostov regions.

The Rostov region in the south serves as a center for the Russian military to strategize their operations in Ukraine.

According to a post on social media from Rostov Governor Vasily Golubev, Taganrog, a city located near the Azov Sea and a part of Ukraine occupied by Russia, was targeted in a drone attack.

He reported that a first responder sustained injuries, but there were no fatalities.
