According to a spokesperson for the Polish army, a Russian missile entered the airspace of Poland, a member of NATO, on Sunday morning and traveled approximately 2 kilometers before returning to Ukraine.
A cruise missile launched by the Russian Federation’s air forces entered Polish airspace on X, the military reported on Twitter. The object traveled above the village of Oserdow in Lublin province for 39 seconds.
The Polish armed forces have stated that they are closely observing the situation and are constantly prepared to safeguard the security of their airspace.
Russian authorities stated that 10 Ukrainian missiles were intercepted over Sevastopol in Crimea and a village near Bakhmut was taken over on Saturday.
